This is an art show for children show casing over 15 artists, all works hung at children’s eye level. You must be or be with children 16 and under to purchase durning show hours. I have 9 small pieces in this show -prices 65- $115. Show is on until Sunday April 25.Gallery hours 10 am to 5 pm. Opening night is tonight, Tuesday April 20 from 6:30- 8 pm. Gallery located at 436 Gallant Ave in Deep Cove, North Vancouver

There was some art ass kicking going on with our key note speaker-Alice MacKay… oops thats the room-DIANE RAGSDALE..
has the Tipping point points, makes me want to drive a ship and shovel coal (ok maybe you had to be there)

then there was the lunch and the high light lecture- New Media, new tools.. even tho the panel was how do you say…
challenging..!!!..as in power struggle and flying off topic – excuse me waiter- I would like a cup of angst and an axe to grind
sHOUT OUT to Sputnick (oops is that spelled right??) Smart and informative Kris Krug, role model blogger Miss Mystic Sixty4media (graceful under the HOW MUCH DO YOU MAKE fire), Mr Critic slash Journalist and the Georgia Straight dude, playing the dude, as an art dude.
did i mention the smart Klodyne turned her name around and with the help of one other woman changed the forum back on
track with smart woman type smarts and strong words.
i did manage to stick my face in the poo and look for a pony- found a lot of horses (check out the face forward Vancouver Opera Company with Ninja websters, Bots, Opera Crocs, this has me all a Twitter))
VERY INSPIRATIONAL ALL ROUND.. had fun sitting in the corner with the attitude and challenging gang- we did hear MJ died-
no one cried, but many laughed- a surreal and sad passing of an inovative artist- hope he is a child now,moon walking on the moon-
I still have my Thriller album- yes older than i look- as the brilliant writer Sylvia Taylor- sitting next to me remarked- it is sad that it so like Reality TV- everything is a sound bite-
There is lots of thought calories here-but I am still hungry – great to have 1/2 a cocktail at the meet and greet event and met two cool chicks – Ever Cool, Evergreen and happening in Coquitlam -and ride the sky bus back to my mouse hole.. Looking forward to going tomorrow and lying under a piano while Craig plays-more on that cool artist and his idea later (ok check out www.underthepiano.ca)

(save yourself!!)
I strongly dislike any princess who hangs out with dwarves then falls asleep.
(wake up and make some coffee)

Listen Girls, you need to cook all those peas stored under your mattresses,
go grab your red cloak and get the hell outta Dodge.
Don’t kiss those damn toads hanging by the pond…
and Whatever you do,
don’t take any apples from strangers.

Forget the bread crumbs and just jump into the river,
so you can fall over the Edge
and head towards a reasonable ending.
